Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults navigating a range of emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. I offer a supportive and compassionate space to explore what you're carrying and move toward healing and growth.
I support adult clients healing from complex trauma and family-of-origin wounds, relationship and attachment-related issues, and grief and loss. For adolescents, I help young people develop emotional literacy and healthier coping strategies, navigate difficult peer or family relationships, and begin to build a stronger sense of self.
My therapeutic approach integrates a range of trauma-informed and attachment-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices. These approaches help clients explore and heal from the root of their pain—whether it’s anxiety, trauma, internalized narratives and beliefs about self, or disconnection in relationships—while strengthening their capacity for resilience and self-trust.
I am LGBTQIA+ allied and committed to creating a space where individuals of all identities, sexual orientations, spiritualities, and cultural backgrounds feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
