These spots are based on availability and need and are not guaranteed.

  • Complete the contact form to get started. I will reach out to you to schedule a free, 15-minute video consultation so we can discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels right. Then, you can decide if you would like to schedule an initial session.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or not using insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in writing before your scheduled service or at your request.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
