(she/her/hers)
I believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and within safe, supportive spaces. As a trauma-informed therapist, I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals who are working through relationship challenges, unresolved family of origin pain, and the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to turn toward emotional wounds, explore the effects of trauma, and pursue a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I’m fully trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate a range of trauma-informed and attachment-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness practices. These tools help clients explore and heal from the root of their pain—whether it’s anxiety, trauma, internalized narratives and beliefs about self, or disconnection in relationships—while strengthening their capacity for resilience and self-trust.
I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to create an inclusive, welcoming space where clients of all identities, backgrounds, and spiritualities feel seen and supported. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan in outpatient, community mental health, and intensive treatment settings, and I bring that breadth of experience into each session.
It is not lost on me the privilege it is to walk alongside others in their healing and witness the courage of my clients each day. Please reach out to discuss your needs, learn more about my practice, and explore if we are a good fit for therapy. I look forward to partnering with you.
Therapeutic Style
In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where your story is met with curiosity and compassion, and where we move at a pace that feels right for you. I view therapy as a joint process—one where we explore your inner world with openness and intention, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and gently work toward healing and growth.
