Haley Kisner, AMFT
I believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and within safe, supportive spaces. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals who are working through relationship challenges, unresolved family-of-origin pain, and the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to turn toward emotional wounds, explore the effects of trauma, and pursue a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. As a trauma-informed therapist, I seek to understand your full story and explore the experiences, beliefs, and qualities that make you uniquely you. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and empowered to move toward the changes you’re hoping for.
I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan in outpatient care, community mental health, and intensive treatment settings, and I bring that breadth of experience into each session. No matter your background or what you’re carrying, my goal is to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you.
Therapeutic Style
In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where your story is met with curiosity and compassion, and where we move at a pace that feels right for you. I view therapy as a joint process—one where we explore your inner world with openness and intention, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and gently work toward healing and growth.
